Welcome to S.Inayah. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your purchase.

 

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

 

* All orders are considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.

* For regular orders, an advance payment of PKR 1,500 is required.

* For full custom-sizing orders, 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance.

* Orders will only be processed once the advance payment has been received and verified.

 

2. Payment Policy

 

* Advance payments must be made through our official JazzCash account.

* The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment arrangement before or upon delivery.

* Customers are requested to share their payment receipt or transaction screenshot via our official contact channel for verification.

* Please ensure that the correct amount is transferred to avoid delays in order confirmation.

3. Custom Sizing

 

* Full custom-sizing orders require a 50% advance payment.

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

* Custom-sized outfits are tailored according to the measurements provided by the customer.

* Minor variations in measurements or fit may occur due to the nature of custom tailoring.

* Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, changes to measurements or design may not be accommodated.

 

4. Processing & Delivery

 

* Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

* Delivery timelines may vary depending on the design, fabric availability, tailoring requirements and order volume.

* Any estimated delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

* Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated separately.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

 

* Orders cannot be cancelled once production or stitching has commenced.

* Advance payments for confirmed custom-sized orders are non-refundable once production has started.

* For other cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Approval will depend on the order’s production status.

 

6. Exchange & Return Policy

 

* As our outfits are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

* Exchanges may be considered in cases of manufacturing defects or verified sizing issues, subject to review and approval by S.Inayah.

* Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order, along with clear photographs.

* Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

* Minor variations in colour, embroidery, fabric texture or measurements may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

 

7. Product Information

 

* We strive to display accurate product images, colours, descriptions and details.

* Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

* Embroidery placement, fabric texture and finishing may have minor variations.

 

8. Customer Responsibility

 

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery addresses and measurements, where applicable.

* Please review your order details carefully before making the advance payment.

* Any incorrect information provided by the customer may result in delays or additional charges.

 

9. Right to Amend

 

S.Inayah reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, pricing, policies and product availability at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
